Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We ask for at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment so the time can be offered to someone else. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next patient, with the full session rate applying.
Payment is due at the time of treatment. Where we can direct bill your extended health plan, you are responsible for any portion your plan does not cover, and for the full fee if your insurer declines the claim. For ICBC claims, treatment is billed to ICBC for pre-approved visits under an active claim; you are responsible for confirming your claim details are accurate. Rates are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice.
Massage therapy at RMT Metrotown is provided by therapists registered with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia. Treatment is provided with your informed consent, which you may withdraw at any time. You agree to share relevant health information honestly, since it is needed to treat you safely. Content on this website is general information, not medical advice, and is not a substitute for assessment by a qualified health professional.
We provide a safe, professional, strictly therapeutic environment. Inappropriate behaviour of any kind ends the session immediately, with the full fee charged, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue care where it is not clinically appropriate.
